I have contacted Krups and they have stated that I need to wait for a supervisor to call me back (24-48hrs) and I should be using a calcium "calcify"cleaner in the machine "often". No exact amount of times but "often" was given. Be aware that you might have to wipe the water out of the base under the grey filter holder. Krups suggests : Descaling...
