Better price, but with tradeoffs The filter fit into my Kenmore refrigerator without issue. These filters are a little different in the taste of the water they produce. It took at least 10 gallons - which takes a long time through that little dispenser - to diminish a horrible taste of plastic. That taste lingered for at least the next 5 gallons. Its hard to say with certainty without tasting water from both filters at the same time, but I feel like the water coming out of this filter is just not quite as good as the Kenmore filters. I will likely not purchase these again to save the price difference.
