Ordered these panels for my Bryant's humidifier. At installation I found these panels were longer than the ones installed in my unit. As a result, I emailed company and requested either a replacement sized for my unit or a refund. The next day, less than half day after email submission , I received a positive response from rep asking for size of panels but indicated refund was authorized if I chose to do so. As it turned out, after measuring , I noted my unit was close in size to the panels. Sure enough the panels fit perfectly, the maintenance service tech who previously serviced the unit used the wrong size.
