Please note that these cracks have only happened in first couple of months and I have been gentle with it too under normal use so these cracks are total surprise. I am just extremely disappointed for such premium high price for steamer that they use CHEAP FRAGILE acrylic material. INEXCUSABLE. You have been warned - expect to get cracks in the acrylic under normal use. I am tempted on chucking it now and getting another steamer.
