Amazon Refund/Replace Chat sent the replacement unit on 2 day shipping, though I received it the next business day. The bedroom I'm using this in is 11'x18.75'=206 sq. ft. (Unit is rated up to 300 sq. ft.) There are 2 chest-high windows that have thermal-lined floor length drapes. Exhaust Hose is so short [see #4], the Unit sits closer to the drapes than I planned. Draped 1 panel over 95% of the hose, making sure it was not blocking, nor being pulled into the vents from the suction. When I checked the heat discharge from the Exhaust Hose there was hardly any. It's even better after buying 2 Thermalogic Ultimate Blackout Insulated Liners. Difference between the front and back of the running Unit is maybe 2F.
