There really isn't that much to say about this item. Its a standard male and female hose fitting. The brass isn't the highest quality but the intended application is for indoor use so a high quality brass fitting isn't really needed. For those of you that feel the price is a bit high for such a small item; I brought the hose to a local hose and fitting fabricator and his cost to make this hose for me was 21.90 +tax. ( south central Virginia ) Keep in mind water pressure if you really want to waste your time and a few dollars to make one yourself when you try to compress the fitting collars over the hose ends tight enough to hold back 90 psi of water pressure.
